Our sessions provide reassurance and trusted developmental guidance, while building confidence around settling, starting solids, movement, and regulation.

The first 18 months of your baby’s life are a season of incredible transformation, for them and for you. It is a time filled with deep wonder, but also one where you are constantly learning a new language: the language of your baby’s cues, needs, and unique personality. At In Sync Therapy Hub®, we believe that every parent deserves a soft place to land and a team to help translate those early moments into confidence. Our Bubs & Big Questions sessions are informal, parent-led chats designed to offer reassurance and clarity exactly when you need it most.
A Space Shaped by Your Needs
There is no rigid curriculum here; instead, the conversation is guided entirely by the families in the room. Whether you are seeking a gentle rhythm for regulation and settling, curious about the best ways to support tummy time and movement, or navigating the sensory shift of starting solids, this is your space to be heard. Each session is facilitated by a specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, offering a bridge between clinical expertise and the beautiful, messy reality of daily life.

What We Explore Together
Our Empowering Beginnings Playgroups are a supportive 10-week journey designed to help you feel more confident and connected in early parenthood. Led by an Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist, these sessions offer a calm space to step away from information overload and better understand your baby’s unique cues, temperament and needs.
Together, we explore real-life routines in a way that works for your family. From tummy time and movement development to feeding, sleep and settling, you’ll gain practical, evidence-informed strategies you can use every day. We also take a closer look at your baby’s sensory preferences, helping you understand what supports them best.
Alongside expert guidance, you’ll connect with other parents in a relaxed, welcoming environment and leave with a practical toolkit to support your journey.
Program Details

Format: A 10-week program

When: Every Wednesday, starting 22/04/26

Facilitation: Expert guidance from an OT and/or Physiotherapist.

Inclusions: 75 minute sessions, evidence-informed strategies, small group sizes and a little treat for you!
Enjoy a coffee voucher after each session.
