Originally from South Africa, Carlyn is a healthcare leader and Occupational Therapist with over eighteen years of experience and a passion for Ayres Sensory Integration®. Her dedication is professional and deeply personal, shaped by her own childhood OT experience. She has worked across complex settings, including specialist schools for learning, hearing, and vision impairment, with clinical expertise spanning neonatal support to sensory-motor development. Carlyn empowers carers and professionals through practical, evidence-based approaches, leading her to co-found ASI Australia. As a leader, she mentors clinicians, building high-performing teams that have a meaningful impact on children, families, and the professionals who support them.

Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2015, Brianna has dedicated over seven years to private paediatric practice. She is a passionate advocate for a family-centred approach, recognizing that every child is unique and thrives best when therapy is fun, playful, and deeply connected to their home life. Originally from India, she holds both a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Neuro Physiotherapy. With over 2.5 years of experience, she utilizes Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) principles and task-specific training to design goal-oriented programs that improve movement quality, strength, and coordination through purposeful play. In addition to her clinical expertise, Nikita is a certified paediatric fitness instructor. This allows her to bridge the gap between therapy and overall physical health, helping children build the endurance and confidence needed for lifelong movement. Nikita is passionate about making every session engaging and fun, ensuring that children develop a strong foundation for independence.
