Frequency & Progress
Initial Momentum
We typically recommend weekly sessions to build strong foundations and maintain therapeutic momentum.
Review & Adjust
As skills improve and regulation stabilizes, we may transition to fortnightly sessions to support generalization.
Timeline
While many see progress within 3–6 months, complex journeys may span 12–24 months as new developmental stages emerge.
Our Goal
We continually reassess goals to ensure therapy remains responsive. Our ultimate aim is meaningful, sustainable change that builds lifelong confidence and participation.
